vacuum question?

I have a Eureka Capture upright vacuum. When I vacuumed Today I noticed that no dirt was going into the dirt canister (it's a bagless vacuum). It did seem to be sucking some dirt off the carpet but not as well as it normally does. I have checked for clogs, cleaned all filters and now I am out of ideas. The service center is closed today, and the question is not in the owners manual. Anyone know what the problem might be?

even the bagless vacuums have more then one filter, mine has 3 different ones.
one above the dirt cup one unerneath and one on the side of the vacuum.
Often people clean only one of these and that is why they still have a problem.
some times thare is a plastic cage around the upper filter and it needs taken out and cleaned.
also often there is a plug in the hose where you can not see it.
If the hose can be easily removed then thread it over a broom stick and this will clear any obstruction.
